Bishop’s Water Triple-Distilled Old Pot Still Irish Whiskey is made using only the finest, locally-sourced ingredients, including barley that is grown in the rich, fertile soils of the Irish countryside. The barley is then malted, dried, and milled, before being mixed with pure, fresh water from the nearby Bishop’s Water stream.

Bishops Water Distillery(subsequently known as Nicholas Devereux Finest Irish Whisky) was an Irish whiskey distillery which operated in Wexford, Ireland between 1827 and 1914.
Early this year 2019 we have being in a unique position to be able to bring back the history of the ounce renowned brand Bishops Water Whiskey and produce a new Whiskey which is surrounded by this old historic back story.
